The usual is a pre-dinner cocktail around the pool; the staff will make fresh Margaritas, Daiquiris, Cosmos, wine and beer whatever you prefer. I was recently invited to dinner at Casa Ileana a popular rental villa in Puerto Vallarta. We had drinks and then sat down at the gracious dining table with fabulous views of the town and bay. The staff served a beautifully presented salad with cold steamed asparagus and a freshly made vinaigrette, then a cream of Chiles soup with a dollop of crème fresche and some pinenuts sprinkeled on top. The main course was a filet of fresh caught Huachinago rolled and stuffed baked and served with rice and vegetables. The dessert was an amazing Mexican Tiramisu all prepared and served by the staff of the villa. While the dining and experience was elegant you should appreciate that some of the guests had children who were in and out of the pool as they had their dinner separately. Renting a private villa with Beston Properties is a great option for groups of couples and singles but is also great for families.
