FAA Rules Airline Passengers Can Expand Use of PDAs During Flights

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on Oct. 31 said it has determined that airlines can safely expand passenger use of Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs) during all phases of flight, though that does not mean they will be able to make cell phone calls while the aircraft is flying. …read more
