The Real Faces of Mexico

Puerto Vallarta
Mexico.  An amazing new Website called “Caras de Mexico (The Faces of Mexico) has been created and it gives a great insight to the true people who live in Mexico, both Mexicans and foreigners who have decided to make their life in Mexico.  If you already know Mexico you will love it, if you have mixed feelings about Mexico this will help educate you.
Caras de Mexico was created by a local Puerto Vallarta company called Mijo Brands  and is almost as impressive on an artistic level as it is enlightening about a very misunderstood country and culture.  If you are a traveler this will make you start planning a trip to Mexico, if you are not a traveler this website is almost as good.  They say that travel is good for you, your brain finds it therapeutic and it is supposed stave off Alzheimer’s.  More important and valuable is to know other cultures and most important their neighbors next door.

Europeans appreciate the depth of the culture and history of Mexico, Canadians love Mexico first for the great sunny weather, but then later for the graciousness of the people and happy live for the day attitude.
Puerto Vallarta has a many of the best details of what Mexico has to offer.  There are no Pyramids or ancient history at this time although there are many knowledgeable people who have theories that the very triangular flat sided hills south of Puerto Vallarta near El Tuito are pyramids covered in soil to disguise them when the Spaniards invaded this part of Mexico.  A very interesting theory, until we can explore that, there is great natural offerings from the viewpoint of someone who appreciate nature for itself to see the variety of species of Flora and vegetation at the Vallarta Botanical Gardens, bird watching, whale watching etc to those looking for a bit more of a thrill, surfers, check out the Canopy tours and all the options for boating.  In a small cobblestone village there are more art galleries and gourmet restaurants then you can explore in a month long visit.   The small village of Puerto Vallarta has retained its small town charm and due to the geographical confines of the Pacific Ocean and rugged Sierra Madre mountains has kept the old town from growing.
However the most valuable treasure is always the people, gracious and open, charming and helpful. Puerto Vallarta was voted one of the friendliest cities.
