The first Puerto Vallarta Buganvilea Festival is coordinated for to be at the same time running from May 17-24, 2013, with street parties, art, music, dance, a parade of neon and much more. The Restaurant Week has 7 new restaurants included for a total of 35 restaurants in total from simple cafes to the award winning Café Des Artistes. The Restaurants offer a special 3 course menu with several choices for each course, starter, main course and dessert for either $189 or $299 pesos or approx $16-$25 USD not including drinks or gratuity.
