Description
Villa Ventura is located inside an intimate 4 villa oceanfront complex approximately 3 miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta with world class gourmet restaurants, fun shopping and nightlife. Each of the 4 villas in the complex is completely private and self-contained.
Villa Ventura is designed as a luxurious Spanish Hacienda with architectural details from a 22 Foot vaulted ceiling, wooden rafters, hand painted ceramic tile and terracotta floors. There is over 7000 Sq. Ft of indoor living space and over 2000 Sq. Ft of outdoor living space including the heated pool all with breathtaking views of the Pacific ocean. There is a private stairway for the complex to access the beach nearby.
The staff of 4 including a private chef to take care of all the details of a perfect Puerto Vallarta, getaway.

- ONE LEVEL DOWN: Pool & terrace with palapa covered bar.

- Master bedroom: King size bed, private bath A/C, TV and opens to pool terrace
- Two Queen Size beds, private bath A/C, TV and opens to pool terrace
- Two Single beds (can be made into KingSize bed) , private bath A/C, TV and opens to inner courtyard
TWO LEVELS BELOW MAIN: The lowest level 2 bedrooms
- Two Queen size beds, private bath, A/C. ocean view and shared terrace with other bedroom
- Two beds A/C, private bath, ocean view and shared terrace with other bedroom.
